Professionally trained as an inspector at Building Specs Incorporated, I belong to the professional organization, National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), and abide by their code of ethics and standards of practice, sanctioned by the State of Maryland. I am also licensed by Maryland, now a requirement as of January 1, 2008. There is one thing I adhere to that sets me apart from other home inspectors: I schedule no more than two inspections on any given day. This may seem strange, but I feel it is good practice.
